Non contract Prices:

  • Plumbing £50.00 per hour
  • Heating £50.00 per hour
  • Electrical £45.00 per hour
  • Locksmith £40.00 per hour
  • IT & Communications £80.00 per hour
  • Joinery £40.00 per hour
  • Painting & Decorating £30.00 per hour
  • Roofline £70.00 per hour
  • Brick Works £40.00 per hour
  • Gardening £35.00 per hour
  • Handyman £35.00 per hour
  • Plus vat, mileage at 0.40p and any parts required.
  • Out of hours emergency call out charge £100.00 OOH are between 6pm – 7am Monday – Saturday / all day Sunday


Annual Service Contract fee £900 per property:

  • First 8 hours of works included
  • No emergency call out charges
  • No mileage charges
  • 12.5% discount on hourly rate tariffs
  • All parts are supplied and charged at cost price.
